Premenopause

All female patients who are in their 40's are highly recommended to contact our office to schedule a bone density and vitamin D study prior to going into menopause.

Vitamin D levels are checked through a blood test, and recently the recommended minimum daily intake of vitamin D has been raised from 400 I.U. to 1000 I.U.

As always, your health is important to us and my staff is available to assist you in scheduling the above tests.
